1 – Nutritional value is minimal. It is true that food is delicious, but at the end of the day we consume food to nourish our bodies. White bread made with refined flour does not achieve this objective.

2 – “When a grain is refined, such as when flour is made for white bread, the outermost and innermost layers of the grain are removed.
